If you have out of network coverage for nutrition counseling, I can provide you with a statement to submit a claim for reimbursement. If you're not sure, you can ask your insurance company whether they cover the CPT codes 97802 (nutrition assessment and 97803  (nutrition re-assessment). I am not in network with any insurance plans.

I accept cash, check, Venmo, major credit cards, and HSA/FSA accounts. 

Nutrition counseling should be accessible. If I am not able to accommodate your budget, I will try and help connect you with some lower fee or in-network options.
